General Terms & Conditions

- Eligibility: Referrals must be new contacts to Brisbane Properties, meaning they have not previously been in discussions with us or have an existing relationship with our agency.

- Self-Referral Restriction: Individuals cannot refer themselves or properties they own.

- Referral Reward Payment Timing: Referral rewards will be processed and issued within 30 days after the successful settlement of the property sale or the signing of the property management contract.

- Tax Implications: Referral rewards may be subject to taxation. It is the responsibility of the referral reward recipient to declare the reward as income, if applicable.

- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding referral eligibility or reward payments, Brisbane Properties will review the matter and provide a resolution at our discretion. Any disputes will be handled in a fair and transparent manner, with the final decision being binding.

- Referral Promotion Validity: This Referral Promotion is valid until further notice. Brisbane Properties reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.

- Ineligible Referrals: Referrals for properties already listed with Brisbane Properties are not eligible.
