To apply for a rental property, each prospective tenant must complete a Tenancy Application Form. This ensures we can assess suitability and verify essential details.

Application Requirements
Each individual over the age of 18 intending to reside in the property must submit a separate application form. Incomplete applications may result in processing delays or rejection.
1. Identification – 100 Points Required
Applicants must provide at least 100 points of identification, which may include:
Primary Identification (Passport, Birth Certificate, Citizenship Certificate) – 70 Points
Driver’s License, Proof of Age Card – 40 Points
Medicare Card, Bank Card, Utility Bill, or other official documentation – 25 Points each
Failure to meet the identification requirements may result in an unsuccessful application.
2. Proof of Income & Financial Stability
To ensure the ability to meet rental payments, applicants must provide:
Recent Payslips (if employed) – at least the last two
Welfare Payment Statements (if applicable)
Evidence of any other income sources (e.g., self-employment, pensions, savings, etc.)
3. Rental History & References
Applicants must provide a rental reference from their current or previous landlord/real estate agent to verify rental payment history and tenancy conduct. If you have not rented before, a character reference from an employer or professional contact may be required.
